As my first time renting, I am so thankful for Grayson place! Cori is wonderful and made the process of applying quick and easy! She provided a tour with 2 units and was so optimistic about how amazing living in this location is. The interior is beautiful. I appreciated receiving a move in folder with everything I need to set up and all my costs. Everytime I’ve had a question, their office would call me back instantly or helped me on the spot in their office. The staff’s willingness to solve or address any of my questions, they have surpassed in a professional respectful way. Their gym is also amazing! Everything is clean.

Grayson Place has been a wonderful community to live at. Corey, David and the new property manager have been incredible. I highly recommend this community. We have a heated pool, valet trash, clean gym and friendly staff.

Thank you Luke for a great job every time you come to our apartment to fix everything that go wrong and is very knowledgeable about everything plus always does a great job and very friendly and polite

Shout out to David for always being very attentive. We moved in December of 2022 and just renewed for another year. David and the front office have always been great since day one. FYI the amenities are amazing.

I love Grayson Place. Honestly, its hard to find a place that's new, nice and safe especially in the west Valley. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. The office staff is also A1. David is the friendliest and the most communicative person I've ever met. Good customer service in itself is also hard to find but the staff and maintenance crew of Grayson Place makes it all worth it. - Q. Chaney

This place is so amazing and such an upgrade to get from where I used to live! David gave me a wonderful tour, but the amenities and modern, spacious apartments sold themselves. I have everything I need and love living here! So grateful to have found this place!

Shoutout to David and the rest of the Grayson team for making the moving in process so quick and easy! Been about 3 weeks here now and it has been lovely. Maintenance gets to your requests in 24-48 hours without fail! The apartment itself is beautiful — massive kitchen and lots of deep storage. The amenities are awesome and I love how pet-friendly the complex is!
