Stephanie along with the front office staff have always been very attentive to our needs. I’m going on 2 years here and I’ve never had an issue with the staff. Maintenance team is also on point. Anytime I call or leave a message they are quick to come help. Thank you Team for a great environment and friendly and easy to talk to staff. My family and I appreciate you all.

I had a great experience touring Grayson Place! Stephanie provided excellent service from start to finish. She was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions while showing the property. The community looked well maintained and welcoming, and Stephanie made the whole tour feel comfortable and informative. I really appreciated her helpful attitude and great customer service. I absolutely adore this community. I moved here almost a year ago from a big house. I am now an empty nester and downsized. Love Love Love my new home, it’s so quiet. The staff is in top of everything. No loud noises, they have a great dog park for when my granddogs visit. Amazing club house, a movie theater and so much more. I am so glad I made the choice to move here. Would highly recommend. ❤️

Andie is phenomenal! Herself and LaKeisha made moving in so easy for us and created such a welcoming environment by answering any and all questions we had. Since moving in the maintenance team has been very quick and so helpful especially Juan who made sure to check in with us upon move in to ensure everything was working smoothly for us. We also love the quality of the gym!

I have lived here for just almost 5 years. Clearly it's a great place to live overall if I havent left yet lol. Sure theres ups and downs but if you communicate to the office issues get fixed quick. Currently my biggest issue is lack of parents watching children. The maintenance team is amazing, Marky mark, Marcia and Juan are a fantastic trustworthy team who fix things quickly and make you feel like family. The office has had its turnovers but currently Andie is phenomenal. She strives to learn everyone's name and is always not only quick but willing to help residents.

I toured the property with Stephanie, and she was incredibly nice and informative. The property itself is beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. I had a great experience and would highly recommend it!
