I had an outstanding experience working with the leasing agent Yaritza. From the very beginning, she was warm, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to answer every question, walked me through all the details, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Yaritza’s professionalism and genuine care really stood out. Thanks to her, choosing this apartment felt like an easy decision. Truly one of the best leasing experiences I’ve ever had!

Living at Grayson Place has been a positive experience. The office team is always welcoming and responds quickly to any questions or needs. Maintenance is efficient, and the community stays clean and safe. I appreciate the communication and the resident events they host. Marcia is one of the maintenance workers and she has helped me with the services I’ve needed. She has been very kind and has done a professional job.

Just started looking in the Goodyear area and I came across this apartment complex. Decided to do a tour with Yaritza and I've got to say it was amazing! Yaritza was so kind during the whole tour. She was so attentive and patient with me as she answered all my questions!

Exceptional and Prompt Service
Grayson Place staff, Thank you for the prompt attention provided when I reached out requesting maintenance assistance. Maintenance technician Marcia came to my unit and not only was she professional and kind, she communicated to me what she was going to do so I was put at ease. Marcia is top notch and grateful for her level of service!
