I’ve had a great experience working with Stephanie, the Assistant Manager at Grayson Place. From the beginning, she’s been professional, kind, and incredibly helpful. Any time I had a question or needed assistance, she responded quickly and thoroughly, making sure everything was clearly explained. She’s also very organized and detail-oriented, which made the move-in process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in her work. Stephanie’s customer service really sets the tone for a positive living experience at Grayson Place. I truly appreciated her support and would highly recommend her to anyone considering living here.

I just moved in and wanted to give a huge shoutout to Yaritza in the leasing office. She was incredibly helpful with all my questions throughout the process — always patient, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and informed. Every time I spoke with her, she was so nice and genuinely cared about helping me. Truly made the whole moving experience so much smoother. Thank you, Yaritza!

From the first day I stopped in just to check it out until now, Grayson Place has provided a quiet retreat that feels relaxing and luxurious. Silver is a knowledgeable and patient Professional. She, as well as the other office staff, welcomed me in, walked me through the process, and is always incredibly kind. The pool and fitness center are incredible. The grounds are well kept. Hugo with maintenance is quick and efficient. If I had one wish it would be that the billiards table was open on Sundays. The billiards table was one of the main reasons I chose Grayson Place, but I just don’t have a lot of time during the week to play. Who knows, maybe my wish will come true? ;-) In the mean time I will enjoy the many other beautiful amenities! Thank you!

The community is very nice and clean! When I came to tour Stephanie was very kind and helpful, the amenities are amazing can’t wait to move to Arizona to live at this community!
