Grayson place is a spectacular place to live and a lot of accommodations to come with. The gym and pool along with the dog park is well maintained and all the staff is very helpful. Stephanie is very helpful when it comes to issues and it gets resolved immediately highly RECCOMEND.

Grayson is a Place were there Good Vibes and Loving People Stephanie is one of my Favorite people when I move in she was very helpful and nice Laura and keshia just join the team and they our Definitely Good People Love them 💞

Living at the Grayson Place has been great with the free coffee and nice places to hangout and grill. I highly recommend Stephanie as she is very accommodating through the process!

They always try and communicate anything and everything that is going on with the community. Everyone there is amazing! Grayson place is an amazing place to live!

I just want to thank God for leading me and my kids to this amazing property. From Lakeisha, to Stephanie, to Andie there were so amazing in my approval process. They were very professional. Maintenance is amazing made my move in experience exceptional. I had some concerns moving into a apartment I never seen, but Lakeisha ensured me that she will meet my expectations and she did. The property is clean and maintained very well. I hope and pray they keep all of them in the office they are so amazing and kind. Please do not read the negative reviews. Judge Grayson for yourself. My apartment is beautiful and I thank God for it and for Lakeisha, Stephanie, and Andie for blessing me my kids a home.

I’ve been living at Grayson Place for a little under a year now. I love the amenities here like the gym and the pool! Moving in was really easy Stephanie made the process of applying and getting approved a breeze!
