I am going into my 3rd year at this apartment complex! It is truly a nice and quiet environment. All of the staff are so helpful. Maintenance comes within a timely manner and the leasing office does an amazing job. Stephanie leads a great team!

I’ve been living in this community for almost 2 years now and I have no complaints. Stephanie and the rest of the TEAM in the leasing office are amazing. Always there to answer questions and help in any way possible. Thank you Grayson Place for a peaceful community that my family and I can enjoy in living in.

I'm only a few weeks in, but loving the property and staff so far. When I toured, I had no doubt this was the place for me, it feels like home already. On top of that, Andie seriously made moving in such a breeze, I'd work with her any day!! 12/10 service, personality and communication!

I just wanted to take a minute to recognize Andie in the apartment office because she honestly goes above and beyond. Every time I’ve had a question or needed help, she’s been quick to respond, super professional, and actually cares about getting things handled the right way. It’s rare to come across someone who’s not only good at their job but also makes residents feel heard and taken care of. Andie makes the whole experience here smoother and way less stressful, and it definitely doesn’t go unnoticed. Really appreciate everything you do thank you for being so reliable and easy to work with!

Since getting new management, things have been really looking up. Andie (or Andy not sure how to spell it) is very kind and seems to genuinely care about the place and the tenants. Maintenance requests are being dealt with now and overall a more positive environment.

Grayson Place is truly a great place to live. We’ve been here for almost four months now, and the experience has been amazing. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, which makes a huge difference. Andie has been so nice and helpful from day one, she always has a great attitude and is genuinely eager to assist. LaKeisha, the manager, is also wonderful. She’s very responsive and makes sure any concerns are addressed right away. Our apartment really feels like home, and we’re excited to spend a long time here.
