Living at the Grayson Place has been great with the free coffee and nice places to hangout and grill. I highly recommend Stephanie as she is very accommodating through the process!

I absolutely love living at these apartments. Everyone in the staff is always super friendly and wanting to help. Stephanie has always been a stand out staff member for me. She always want to help. They always try and communicate anything and everything that is going on with the community. Everyone there is amazing! Grayson place is an amazing place to live!

I just want to thank God for leading me and my kids to this amazing property. From Lakeisha, to Stephanie, to Andie there were so amazing in my approval process. They were very professional. Maintenance is amazing made my move in experience exceptional. I had some concerns moving into a apartment I never seen, but Lakeisha ensured me that she will meet my expectations and she did. The property is clean and maintained very well. I hope and pray they keep all of them in the office they are so amazing and kind. Please do not read the negative reviews. Judge Grayson for yourself. My apartment is beautiful and I thank God for it and for Lakeisha, Stephanie, and Andie for blessing me my kids a home.

I’ve been living at Grayson Place for a little under a year now. I love the amenities here like the gym and the pool! Moving in was really easy Stephanie made the process of applying and getting approved a breeze!

I am going into my 3rd year at this apartment complex! It is truly a nice and quiet environment. All of the staff are so helpful. Maintenance comes within a timely manner and the leasing office does an amazing job. Stephanie leads a great team!
