I’ve been apart of the community now for about a month now and don’t really have anything bad to say about my experience so far. The front office staff is very welcoming and kind, Andie & Lakeisha are always on it whenever I have any questions, shout out to both of them! The apartment is reasonably priced for how convenient the location is. The maintenance crew is also very friendly and was on it when I originally moved in w/ some minor fixes. The parking can be tight but they offer a dedicated covered parking spot for a monthly fee. Great place to live!

Stephanie in the front office has always been amazing. She has a very welcoming personality. Very helpful throughout the whole process of getting an apartment. Any questions that I have, she always goes out of her way to answer them.

I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The management team does an excellent job of sending out timely notifications, so we always know what's going on in the community. Whenever an issue pops up, whether it’s a maintenance request or a safety concern, they are incredibly quick to resolve it. It’s a well-managed, safe, and friendly community overall. Highly recommend! Shout out to the assistant manager Stephanie, for all her help!

Great communication between the leasing office and us. The environment is super comfortable and the apartments are affordable! Shoutout Andie, she’s super helpful and outgoing!! If I could give it a 10 star review I would 😌

Grayson Place has been such a very nice upgrade from where we previously lived. they’re very on top of maintenance requests and always answer their phones or return your call in a timely manner. Andie is my absolute favorite and she always gets what i need done and is super helpful with anything you need. prices here are also amazing and the quality of everything is great!

Overall, a great place to live. I have been here for about five months now and it’s pretty peaceful. All I can say is read your lease before you sign. Andy and Yahritza, we’re both amazing doing the sign on process.

Is a really good place to leave, quiet always on time to fix any issues on the apartment, great staff very professional always helpful to what ever needs you need.

Just moved into my first apartment here! We absolutely love it here, its quiet and nice in this neighborhood. We have been out around the pool and met such a great community, everyone is super nice and caring. Our neighbors are absolutely the best as well, we were so lucky to have been able to live here!
