I have lived at Grayson Place for a little over a year, and I would just like to say that it has been a wonderful experience. Grayson place is a nice, clean, quiet and safe place to live. They have an outstanding staff!! Stephanie is my go to anytime I’m having an issue, she is Professional, inviting, and warm… I plan on staying around!

I’ve been living here since 2023 and I must say I’ve had a few of ups and downs living here just like every other place would probably have (realistic expectation of living in apartments of course). Mostly good things though. The only thing I wish was included in my rent was the cost of a parking spot but overall, the amenities are worth it. There have been multiple changes over the years with management and I’d say I love the staff now! Very sweet ladies and very helpful as well! I love these apartments, the location is amazing!

I had a great experience at Grayson Place thanks to Stephanie, the assistant manager, and Andie, the leasing agent. I’ve lived here for over a year, and they have always helped me out whenever I needed anything. Both of them are extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. Stephanie makes everything smooth and stress-free, always answering my questions and making sure I feel comfortable. Andie is just as knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about helping residents. Their customer service really stands out, and it’s clear they take pride in what they do. I highly recommend Grayson Place Apartments. They also give my dog snacks when I go into the office.

Grayson Place is a great place! What makes Grayson Place so great begins with staff. One year ago I walked on the property in met Stephanie whom is the individual I toured with I was immediately impressed with Stephanie's professionalism from the way that she dressed spoke communicated and showed interest in not just the property but in me as a potential resident. To be quite honest the property is beautiful beginning with the clubhouse, sparkling and always well tinted pool area and ending with a well-equipped and handsomely constructed Fitness Center. But those amenities are not why I renewed my lease. I did so because our property manager Keisha makes me feel seen, heard and truly cares about the resident's concerns. She responds expediently and most importantly honestly and I respect that. Marcia is one of the best maintenance Personnel I've met in my life she always has a smile on her face she's always ready to help. Although she's busy she still makes time to communicate that your concerns and issues will be addressed as expediently as humanly possible. The floor plans are absolutely amazing, my neighbors are to die for and always give me a sense of community. If I had to honestly list one drawback I would ask for storage space as it is very limited. But all in all I am happy here and I invite all reading these posts to come aboard... be a part of a community that is welcoming and waiting for you!

The entire staff at Grayson Place Apartments have always been very attentive and helpful anytime I’ve called or have gone to the office with issues, thoughts or concerns. I’ve been here two years in July and I have to say the service has been great, thank you staff at Grayson Place Apartments. You’re very much appreciated.

Great place to stay! Maintenance very prompt and precise! Convenient freeway access and plenty of stores and restaurants near.

Stephanie along with the front office staff have always been very attentive to our needs. I’m going on 2 years here and I’ve never had an issue with the staff. Maintenance team is also on point. Anytime I call or leave a message they are quick to come help. Thank you Team for a great environment and friendly and easy to talk to staff. My family and I appreciate you all.
