Grayson Place is a great place to live. Silver and the entire staff (office and maintenance) are super friendly and always helpful. And everyone of them always help with a smile. Wonderful staff, beautifully kept grounds, and a great apartment. Would definitely recommend Grayson Place to anyone searching for a place to live.

I’ve had a great experience living at Grayson Place! The property is always well-maintained, the amenities are top-notch, and the location is super convenient. I especially want to give a shoutout to Stephanie from the leasing office—she’s been incredibly helpful and responsive since day one. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, Stephanie has gone above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. It’s clear she truly cares about the residents. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to call home!

The community is very nice and clean! When I came to tour Stephanie was very kind and helpful, the amenities are amazing can’t wait to move to Arizona to live at this community!

Wonderful place to live! Staff was always super helpful and quick to resolve issues. The gym was always super clean and never too crowded. We were on the third floor and I barely heard any noise from our neighbors. Would absolutely recommend!!

This is the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived at. The units are nice, price is fair, and staff is always helpful and kind. The pool and gym are also amazing. I highly recommend!
